Commit to 30 classes in 30 days with friends, coworkers or meet new people as you begin this transformative journey. Participants also receive 15% off  Paid in Full memberships, (choose from 1, 3, 6, or 12 month memeberships) or 5, 10, and 20 Class Passes November 16-December 20th. This does not apply to our auto-debit programs.

If you are out of town during this time simply get a receipt from the studio your practiced at and that day will be counted toward your 30 days (home practice will not).

Tips for Success

• Plan your yoga schedule a day (or week) ahead of time and reserve your spot in class online.

• Try a variety of class types and teachers!

• Listen to your body to avoid chance of injury.

• Set goals and intentions and track your progress.

• Plan yoga dates with friends or family.

•  Enjoy the detoxifying effects. Eat well and drink lots of water.

• Don’t get discouraged if you miss a few classes. Try to make them up by doubling up (Flow then Restorative?) or just go as often as you can.

• Make note of the changes that you experience in your body and mind. Where is there resistance and where is there acceptance and encouragement?
