Guided Mediation

Join us the 1st and 3rd Sunday of every month for a powerful healing series of guided meditations led by Maria Talbot and Sequoyah Fox. This practice is offered to all levels. No experience needed. During this practice Maria and Sequoyah will offer a series unnamedof tools and insights while taking you into a state of relaxation and energy release. Energy healing and clearing will be given throughout the meditation along with guided imagery and intention setting.
