Kate began her yoga journey ten years ago, and ever since it has been a key component to discovering truth and living a healthy and fulfilled life. Kate believes yoga allows us to truly look within and break down the barriers we build up for ourselves leading us to understand our true essence and giving us the strength and confidence to achieve our dreams. Kate is passionate about the physical, emotional, energetic, and spiritual benefits of yoga and is eager to share that with each of her students. Kate’s teaching style is gentle and fun with subtle challenging variations and always consciously paced so the students have time to get into and understand the pose. From a majority of Kate’s classes you can expect influences from Kundalini yoga, a combination of powerful and transformational breathwork, meditation, a rhythmic and subtly challenging flow, and deep stretching. Kate received her certification in the Himalayas of Northern India and is 200-hr Yoga Alliance Certified in Ashtanga Vinyasa.
