A Beginning Yoga Workshop with Kellee Rich


This workshop is designed for anyone new to yoga or interested in learning specific alignment principles & breathing techniques practiced in Vinyasa Flow (or Bhakti Flow).You will learn the alignment principles of Sun Salutations, Chaturanga (yoga push ups), Upward and Downward Dog, Warriors, Lunges, Triangles, Back Bends and everything in between. You will even explore Yoga Nidra.

Feel confident, strong and safe in all yoga classes.  Learn the basic philosophy of Bhakti Yoga:  What it is, why we do it and how it brings power into your life, both on and off the mat.All levels are welcome and encouraged to come dive in to the depths of all this practice has to offer.
